1. Vote: Re-naming the society to Belfast School Fundraising Society
2. Vote: Accepting the transfer of the Belfast School Council funds and all fund-raising activities
3. Bylaw change vote: Dropping the required $2 membership fee
4. Elections for the following positions:

• Chairperson
• Vice-chairperson
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Fund-raising Coordinator (if #2 is accepted)

1. Vote: Transferring all funds and fund-raising activities to the Belfast Elementary School Fund-raising Society
2. Vote: Dropping the Treasurer executive position since this is position is no longer necessary
3. Elections for the following executive positions:
• Chairperson
• Vice-chairperson
• Secretary
• Executive at Large (replacement for the Treasurer position)
4. Standard meeting following the executive elections

Note: Belfast Elementary School Fundraising Society AGM commences following the School Council meeting.
