OZ Rehearsal Schedule

We are excited to be working on Oz the Musical.  Every student in the school will be involved in the production as a performer and support crew.  Please review the rehearsal schedule that is attached.  This schedule will help you judge the pace of the production as we work through the acting and technical components.  This rehearsal schedule tells you the dates and times for different stage actors to attend rehearsals.  Please scroll to the bottom of the document to find which characters are in which scenes.  It is hoped that cast members will attend all rehearsals, however, we realize that there is life beyond Belfast School.  If you have conflicts with scheduling please call Mrs. Corrigall or myself and we will be happy to make accommodations.

Thank you all for your help and support of this large school production.  In the next couple of weeks we will be holding a parent volunteer meeting to see if there are parents who are able to help us with make-up, sets, props, costumes, tech. etc….

Just a reminder that this schedule is for named characters only who auditioned and were cast as one of the stage characters.

Hello Friends of Belfast School,

As you know we are well on our way to creating our OZ musical.  During the rehearsal process some parents and students told me that they would prefer to have a more pronounced dancing role in the show than an acting or singing role.  Currently we are looking for 12-16 students who have a background in dance or who love to move, who will be involved in two high level dance numbers in the show.  As you know, our dance residency begins in two weeks and every student in the school will be involved in dancing and moving in the show.  This request is for students who would like an even more pronounced dance role in the performance.

Please email me if you think your child would fit this role.
